Qualifications
Graduate/Post-Graduate degree from a reputed Culinary Institute

Experience
• 5+ years in a professional restaurant/hotel
• 2+ years of kitchen/event management in a professional restaurant/hotel
• Experience in curriculum planning and teaching/training is desired

Requirements
• Event planning, marketing and management
• Kitchen and inventory management
• SOP development and auditing

Responsibilities
• Management of the Studio Workshop/Event calendar
• Design of new Workshop/Event formats and curriculum including courses, classes, private and corporate events
• Planning of all Workshops/Events
• Management of Workshop/Event collateral for marketing and sales
• Planning and marketing promotion of Workshop/Event
• Management of mailing lists and existing member database
• Management of Workshop/Event enquiries and booking of seats
• Coordination with external trainers, vendors, client and partners
• Management of all logistics related to successful execution of Workshop/Event
• Kitchen staff planning and management
• Food service at Workshops/Events
• Cleanliness & Hygiene
• Maintenance of equipment and appliances
• Studio Pantry management
• Inventory planning, budgeting and procurement

Remuneration
3-6 lakhs per annum
