As a part of the on-going APB Culinary Legacy series around the Rongali Bihu festival, Gitika Saikia

will be cooking up authentic Vegetarian Assamese food. Rongali Bihu is an important

festival in the agrarian community of Assam that marks the start of the harvest season.

These 100% pure vegetarian dishes will showcase exotic

ingredients specially flown down from Assam.
