The hugely popular No Reservations: World Cuisine course is back!

This comprehensive cooking course, covering six popular cuisines of the world, is designed for the modern home cook. The complete course is packed with over 50 delicious recipes and is aimed at demystifying world cuisine in the home kitchen. Beginning with modules on understanding ingredients, knife skills, cheese, and wine basics, it focuses on a different cuisine each day. From fabulous finger food, superb soups, and salads to one dish wonders, marvellous main courses and delicious desserts, there is something for every occasion from a quick snack to brunches and fancy multi course meals.

Whether you love cooking already, or you’re starting from nothing, these modern recipes that are simple and accessible will lend a wow factor and an edge to your table. Plus, Rushina reveals all her secret tips and tricks to serving variety, buying, saving time and money and laying a stylish table for any meal!

The oriental menu comprises of Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese cuisines.

At the start of each day, the participant is introduced to the culinary profile of one cuisine. The second part of the day is devoted to exploring ingredients, techniques, taste makers, sauces, master stocks, and using this knowledge to recreate some popular dishes from the region.
