This hand-on workshop teaches you advanced techniques of decorations for cakes & cupcakes

You’ll learn:
– the consistency of icing required for crumb coating a cake, piping flowers .
– Coloring icing and shaded icing.
– How to use a pastry bag. The various pastry tips and their uses.
– Floral piping, flowers taught -basic drop flowers, rosette, basic 5 petal flowers, carnation, leaves and fillers.
-Using an icing nail to pipe flowers for cakes and cupcakes.
-Piping on cupcakes and cake decoration – wreath style floral decoration.

You’ll make:
Vanilla Cupcakes
Vanilla Frosting

Note: Hands-on style workshop.
Fee includes all taxes and lunch.
