– How to use a pastry bag. The various pastry tips and their uses.
– Floral piping, flowers taught -basic drop flowers, rosette, basic 5 petal flowers, carnation, leaves and fillers.
-Using an icing nail to pipe flowers for cakes and cupcakes.
-Piping on cupcakes and cake decoration – wreath style floral decoration.
