Garhwali Cuisine is the cuisine of the Garhwali people of Uttarakhand. A simple soulful cuisine, like all home cooked food served in rural homes the world over, Garhwali food is not to be found in any restaurants, it is found in the kitchens of homes all over the state. Dishes made of seasonal, usually home-grown produce are presented at the table freshly cooked, aromatic and tempting. The ingredients of most dishes can be counted on both hands. Unpretentious and cooked with heart there are distinct menus for summer.
Join us to savour a scrumptious meal at Rushina’s annual Garhwali summer pop-up, featuring seasonal ingredients flown in especially from Garhwal.
