Our latest course taught by acclaimed baker Ipshita Chakladar of Cakes Mumma Bakes is perfect for beginners seeking to truly master fondant art. In this 2 day, hands-on course, you will gain an in-depth, working knowledge of making fondant and using it to decorate cakes beautifully.

Curriculum

Day 1
Torting a cake
Layering a cake
Making fondant from scratch
Basic fondant decorations: bows, roses and calla lilies
Preparing the cake board

Day 2
Draping the cake with fondant
Assembling the cake
Applying finishing touches to the cake

Taught by Ipshita Chakladar, a prominent cake artist and owner of CakesMammaBakes in Delhi.
Learn to make fondant from scratch, shape bows and flowers, torte, drape and assemble a cake.
