APB’s World Cuisine Festival is kicking off with this fabulous all-you-need-to-know basic cooking course in the five most loved cuisines of the world- Italian, Spanish, Mediterranean, Chinese and Thai.

Packed with over 50 delicious recipes to tickle everyone’s taste buds, this course, taught by Rushina herself, is all about giving home cooks the confidence and inspiration to hit the stoves and get cooking. Taking culinary inspiration from around the globe it will showcase simple, vibrant and utterly delicious recipes that will have your loved ones licking their fingers!

From essential ingredients to signature sauces, from fabulous finger food, superb soups and salads to one dish wonders, marvelous main courses and delicious desserts, there will be something for every occasion and every meal from a quick snack to a laid back brunch to a fancy multi course meal. Whether you love cooking already, or you’re starting from scratch, we will have you making modern recipes that are simple and accessible with a wow factor and an edge. This is the only basic cookery course you’ll ever need.

Beginning with basics such as understanding ingredients, knife skills, cheese and wine basics, and focusing on a different cuisine each day for the modern home cook, covering base preparations, signature sauces and pastes and a selection of dishes from appetisers to dessert.  Plus Rushina reveals all of her secret tips and tricks to serving variety, buying, saving time and money and laying a stylish table for any meal!
